Coolangatta Hotel is back on board as Rockabilly Jamboree HQ, with up to four bands on most nights. Tweed Heads Civic Centre will be full on with shows, dances, competitions and workshops. The dance floor treated daily to maintain it for maximum safety and comfort. Kirra Sports will have morning workshops, afternoon and evening bands, Coolangatta Senior Citizens Club will have a couple of evening dances and Coolangatta Tweed Golf Club will have nightly shows.
Hot Rod, Classic & Custom Car cruises will be held on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th June from 6pm, cruising the beachfront from North Kirra and traveling along Marine Parade to Greenmount, Coolangatta
Wintersun and Slice N Dice Kustoms are happy to announce the first annual Ol'Skool Bike Nationals to be held on the 12th and 13th of June 2010 as part of the Wintersun Festival. Laro Motorcycles will be giving away a brand new motorcycle - to be in the draw all you need to do is complete a Wintersun Visitor Survey in the Festival Programme.
Some events are free while others are ticketed, with tickets available from the Wintersun website. Kirra Sports Club Saturday night is sold out and Swing nights at Tweed Heads Civic Centre are getting very full. Others filling very quickly include Kirra Sports Club Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, Coolangatta Hotel Thursday, Friday and Saturday Nights.
