Organisers, Roundhouse Entertainment, recommend bringing a deck chair or picnic rug, sun protection and wet weather gear. Umbrellas and sun shelters are not permitted, nor are tables, video cameras, glass and metal cutlery.
All bags are subject to search and no alcohol will be permitted, as this is a liscensed event. Patrons may bring their own food or purchase food from the outlets on site.
General admission tickets are available from Ticketmaster for $99.50 with kids under 12 free. Concert and dining packages are also available by contacting Sirromet Winery on 1800 188 864. Gates open at 2 pm.
On site parking is available from midday but patrons are encouraged to take the bus. Contact con-x-ion.com or call55569888 for Gold Coast pick up and shuttle services from Cleveland and Beenleigh stations.
