Chicken Parmagiana – Step-by-Step Pics

Chicken Parmagiana is a popular classic and it is easy to make at home. The following is a step by step guide with pictures.
This recipe can just as easily be applied to Veal Parmagiana by using veal, or Vegetarian Parmagiana by using a slab of crumbed eggplant or Zuchini.
Ingredients
2 Crumbed Chicken Schnitzels.
30ml Vegetable Oil.
200ml Napoli Sauce (See prev. post).
150g Grated cheese
Method
Heat oil in a large pan. and fry schnitzels on both sides.
Drain and place on a heatproof plate or tray.
Top with warmed Napoli sauce.
Top with grated cheese.
Place under hot grill until the cheese melts and browns.
