If you’re planning to have prawns over the festive season you’ll need some cocktail sauce. Making it is as easy as mixing mayonnaise, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Some recipes include tobasco sauce as optional. Homemade cocktail sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for weeks. Cocktail sauce is suitable for serving with cold seafood such as prawns, oysters, crayfish and crabs, and with some salads.
