Mix together equal parts of; Savoury yeast, Hemp seed flour and Hemp seed oil. Store in an airtight jar in the fridge. You can spread it raw on just about anything.
Savoury yeast flakes have been specifically designed to meet the nutritional needs of vegetarians, vegans and anyone interested in a rich source of B vitamins, including B 12.
The two main proteins in Hemp seed are edestin and albumin. Both of these high quality storage proteins are easily digested and contain nutritionally significant amounts of all essential amino acids. In addition, Hemp seed has very high levels of the amino acid arginine.
Hemp seed oil is over 80% in polyunsaturated fatty acids an is an exceptionally rich source of the two essential fatty acids linoleic acid (omega-6) and alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3).
