Fallout 3 forums opened for feedback

Fallout 1 & 2 were engrossing RPGs for the PC that created a huge fan base, and, arguably, started the entire post-apocalyptic mutant wasteland scenario. It was a cinematic experience, with nebulous morality, and the game felt different every time you played them.
They were two incredible games... the world was rich and immersive, often darkly hilarious or satirical. Your actions had reprecussions, so killing someone indiscriminately would give you an evil reputation, just as you could get a reputation for being a fantastic lover. You could become a drug addict. Or a gangster.
They were made in the late 90s, so the graphics were limited, but the game's artists went to great lengths to capture the 1950s cold war paranoia feel of everything in the game. It was bleak and beautiful.
When Interplay, the company that made the Fallout series, went under, so did chances for a 3rd game in the series.... fans were devastated.
But now, Bethesda Software has the rights to publish Fallout 3, and people are getting worked up about it.
Bethesda is the creator of Oblivion, another fantastic immersive RPG that has a broad fan base, so people are expecting a top quality game.
They've taken steps in the right direction...they've opened forums for fans to discuss what they'd like to see in the new game.
This Fallout fansite has compiled results from polls, indicating that most fans would prefer to see a third game similar to the previous games, with black humour and the morally ambiguous plot.
This blogger is Fallout-mad, lasering the Pipboy onto his laptop. Next, maybe a tattoo?
