Sexy US Songstress Malina Moye touched down in Brisbane from Los Angeles at 6am this morning and checked into the Sofitel Gold Coast.
The singer/songwriter and left handed guitarist has already had a Billboard chart hit and played with award-winning artists such as Prince, The Sounds of Blackness, and R. Kelly.
Moye is one the headliners for this year’s Blues On Broadbeach festival and will flip her Fender upside down in Kurrawa Park on Sunday the 1st of June.
She will precede Aussie icons Joe Camilleri and the Black Sorrows.

Joe Camilleri is one of Australia's most loved musicians, and his band, The Black Sorrows, have sold over a one million albums.
The Gold Coast’s annual Blues On Broadbeach festival has attracted over 200,000 visitors since it’s inception in 2002, and has become a landmark event on the live music calendar. Combining fantastic food with fine wine and fabulous blues has proven a recipe for success, and this year’s festival, running from May 29th to June 1st, is expected to be no exception.

The Black Sorrows and Malina Moye head a stellar line up of inspirational Blues performers. Blind Lemon, Collard Greens and Gravy, Phil Manning, Kevin Borich, Gold Coast local Mason Rack and festival favourite Mia Dyson will all be performing at various venues during the four day festival.
Fine Food and Wine Broadbeach Restaurants

Broadbeach is not only renowned for beautiful beaches, the champions of Kurrawa Surf Club and for Jupiters Casino, but also for a restaurant precinct boasting some of the leaders in the Gold Coast food scene.

Fine food and wine from over fifty restaurants, cafes and bars, featuring almost every variety of cuisine imaginable, will combine to create the atmosphere for a jazzfest to feed both body and soul.

On the beach, in the mall and shoulder to shoulder along the adjacent streets, famous institutions such as Volare Italian Restaurant or the iconic Dracula’s Cabaret Restaurant compete for recognition along with award winning newcomers such as Koi, Sage, and Moo Moo.
